In the end, the choice of pasta nets is not bad, only when they are small they want only one way in a row. There was a time when I prepared Napoli pasta at an interval of 2-3 days for 3 months. I just couldn't see them anymore. But, whatever child I proposed to him to eat, he chose this type of pasta. Then followed 3 months of carbonara with sour cream. Not the classic recipe. He didn't like that. And you know how it is, the mother always does what her baby likes.
This year I have been preparing the recipe for pasta with chicken and mushrooms in white sauce, but at one point I wanted to do them differently. It was one of the solutions in the oven, so I didn't think too much about it. In addition, the meat was already grilled the day before. He stayed from Sunday lunch when some friends came to the table. I kept the meat in the fridge, wrapped in cling film and it did not dry out.
And, because I don't like to throw away food, I put it in this recipe and I tell you that the best chicken pasta in the oven came out.
I don't know how to make it, but the improvised recipes, with what else you have in the fridge, seem to be the best. I think we all feel that way.
From this recipe we got tired of 4 people at dinner. It was more than enough and we really liked it.

We can add more salt and pepper at this time. Pour the pasta in a heat-resistant dish greased with butter and lined with breadcrumbs, sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese and bake the pasta with chicken and mushrooms for about 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 ° C.
When they turn golden on the surface it means they are ready and we can take them out of the oven. we eat them immediately, but if they remain they can be eaten the next day, in the casserole, at the office.
