Put the butter in a pan and let it melt. Then, put the onion and garlic and sauté them for about 5-7 minutes, over medium heat, until soft. Add the tomatoes in the broth that we chopped into small cubes, season with thyme, basil, salt and pepper and continue to boil the sauce for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the sauce has dropped and thickened, turn off the heat and set it aside.
Ingredients for lasagna:

600 grams of spinach scalded in salted water and drained of liquid (or you can use frozen)
500 grams of sweet cottage cheese
300 grams of grated mozzarella
13 lasagna sheets

Chicken Lasagna - Recipes

LASAGNA WITH CHICKENS
600 g chicken breast, 200 g cheese, salt, pepper, tomato juice, 300 ml milk, 50 g butter, 3-4 tablespoons flour, 1-2 tablespoons olive oil, lasagna sheets, thyme and basil.
Pass the chicken breast through a stream of water, wipe with an absorbent kitchen towel and cut into small, thin pieces. In a frying pan, put the butter and two teaspoons of oil to heat, and in it put the pieces of breast to fry. Season with salt and white pepper to taste, and let them brown for a few minutes. Separately, put water, salt and oil in a pot and, when it starts to boil, add the lasagna sheets that are left to boil according to the instructions on the package. Grease a pan with a little butter, put the first layer of sheets, meat, another layer of sheets, meat and the last layer of sheets and cover with béchamel sauce. Melt the butter, add the flour, lukewarm milk and simmer. Once the sauce is obtained, pour it over the lasagna, sprinkle the grated cheese and, on top, pour the tomato juice. Serve hot, garnished with thyme and finely chopped green basil.
Lasagna with minced meat and mozzarella
Lightly cook the meat in a non-stick pan, at medium temperature, until it turns slightly brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add 3/4 of the marinara sauce over, stir and leave for a few minutes on low heat.
Beat the ricotta cheese with the egg in a bowl until you get a homogeneous and creamy result. Spread the rest of the marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of a tray. Place a uniform layer of ravioli on top, completely covering the bottom of the tray. Top with plenty of the mixture of meat and sea sauce. Then a layer of ricotta sauce and a layer of mozzarella. And so on, one by one, until I finish the ingredients.
CAREFUL: the last layer must be mozzarella.
Bake on high heat for about 35-40 minutes.
Note 1: I chose poultry because it is lighter and cooks faster. If you want, you can replace it with whatever minced meat you want, taking into account the fact that the cooking time will be extended a bit.

WORK PLAN pumpkin lasagna
- Cut the zucchini lengthwise into half-centimeter slices
- Heat the onionadd the meat. When it changes color, add finely chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, parsnips, parsley) Season to taste and add 200 ml of concentrated tomato juice. Leave on the fire until the vegetables are cooked. Add wine and let it evaporate.
- Place a layer of sliced pumpkin on the bottom of the tray (greased with a layer of tomato juice). Sprinkle with a layer of tomato juice
- Cover with half the hardened meat with vegetables and a third of the cheese

Lasagna with chicken and cheese

Repeat the layers of tortilla, chicken and sauce twice. Place the remaining halves of the tortilla, sauce and remaining cheese on top.
Cover the lasagna and bake at 175 ° C for 30 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes or until it is completely penetrated. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
