Dissolve the yeast in 50 ml of warm milk. Heat the rest of the milk with the sugar until it melts. In a bowl put flour over which we add the yeast soaked in milk, egg, melted butter, salt powder, lemon peel and warm milk. until the dough is homogenous, then add the oil and knead until it comes off the walls of the bowl. Let the dough rise for half an hour after which we spread a thin sheet and with a glass we make shapes. Fry in hot oil.
After they have cooled, powder them with powdered sugar.
